Welcome! I created Fitness & Nutrition with Natalie as a way to help people create long-term healthy habits, tailored to fit each individual. I am a nutrition coach and also specialize in yoga, mobility and strength training. Since completing my 200-hour yoga certification from the Maui Yoga and Dance Shala (RYS) in 2016, I have taught over 3,000 classes and am an E-RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance.

I have led numerous events and workshops, taught guests at a Hilton Hotel in the Dominican Republic, and led five retreats —two in Italy, one in France, one in Arizona and one in Panama. I enjoy creating communities and bringing people together. Keep an eye on the website for 2025 retreats—coming soon!

To expand and deepen my offerings, in 2019, I completed my Yin Yoga training from Wanderlust Yoga in Austin, Texas, my Aerial Yoga Teacher Training, a 20 hour sequencing training with Jason Crandell and a Functional Anatomy training with Tiffany Cruikshank. Additionally, I am a NASM-certified Nutrition Coach and I am currently working on my Personal Training Certification with NASM (The National Academy of Sports Medicine).

I use my skill-set and trainings to tailor exercise and nutrition sessions to each individual client, helping them to meet their goals.

Since March 2020, I have and continue to offer virtual classes via zoom that are open to the public! Contact me to register for these classes & take a look at the schedule for more details. The public class schedule is:

  • Tuesday: All Levels Flow | 8:45-9:30am

  • Thursday: Yoga Fusion (Yoga with Weights) | 8:45-9:30am

  • Friday: Core and Balance | 8:45-9:30am

My classes are alignment and anatomy driven, with a focus on functional mobility and building strength. I offer lots of modifications, making my classes accessible and appropriate for all levels. I believe that it is equally important to focus on strengthening work as much as stretching and try to offer my clients and students a good balance. I am detail oriented and plan classes that are customized and tailored to meet my students needs and goals.

"My husband and I enlisted Natalie’s help because we were ramping up our exercise routine and wanted to make sure we were getting enough calories and the right nutrients to meet our fitness goals. Natalie was the perfect person to help us. After our initial consultation, Natalie put together a comprehensive plan which included matching nutrition intake with different types of exercise; meal planning tips combined with sample meal plans unique to each of us; and information/education (which we needed) around nutrient timing (protein and carbs) based off our athletic endeavors. Before each session, Natalie sent us notes and recordings from the prior session, valuable information/resources (links and videos) and always asked a lot of questions along the way to make sure we got the most out of our time with her.
