Each nutrition session is tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of the client. Participants can expect the sessions to be educational, interactive, and offer practical easy-to-apply wellness tips. Participants receive a recording of the presentation and nutrition templates to use as guides. Classes start at $150 per session. Contact me to schedule your class!
