Rooftop Sunrise Yoga Summer Series at the Anthony Bowen YMCA

From Tuesday, June 4th through Tuesday, September 3rd, the Anthony Bowen YMCA will be offering a sunrise yoga summer series. The class will be held outside on their rooftop (indoor location available for inclement weather) from 7-8am! The all levels flow class will be taught by rotating instructors. Please come and join me on: June 18th, July 9th and August 6th.

I am delighted to host an all levels vinyasa flow class at Republic Restoratives on Thursday, August 1st! Republic Restoratives is located on 1369 New York Ave NE, Washington, DC 20002.

Included in your $30 ticket price is:

  • An all levels vinyasa yoga class in Republic Restoratives Barrel Room, taught by Natalie Weinstein

The yoga class will be taught from 6:30-7:30pm followed by snacks and a drink from 7:30-8:30pm.

Flowers and Yoga at Wollam Gardens!

I am excited to partner with Wollam Gardens to collaborate on this wonderful event!

Included in your $45 ticket price is:

1-2pm: I will lead an all levels vinyasa flow class in Wollam Garden’s pavilion

2-2:30pm: Farm-to-table snacks and refreshments will be provided

2:30-3:30pm: Guided tour of Wollam Gardens, where guests will learn about the history of the property, flower-farming, small-scale agriculture, and Wollam Gardens’ contributions to the local flower movement. Each attendee will get to take home their own seasonal flower arrangement.

Deep Stretch Yin Yoga Series

Unlike a vinyasa yoga practice, yin yoga is a slower paced class with long held passive poses that target the body's connective tissue. It's a great way to improve joint health, increase flexibility and circulation, and practice mental focus. Props will be used to allow participants to work deeper into the poses.
