In the yoga fundamentals workshop, I will take students through foundational yoga postures, working on the alignment and enabling participants to get the adjustments they need to practice the postures effectively and safely. Each pose will be broken-down in detail, with lots of alignment cues. Questions are encouraged! I will provide individual feedback and guidance throughout the workshop. Postures will include: the poses in sun A's (forward fold / chaturanga / updog / downdog), high and low lung, warrior 1, warrior 2, warrior 3, chair, triangle, side angle, pyramid, backbends and shoulder stand.
I will also take requests from students. This workshop is great for people who are new to yoga or seasoned yogi's that are looking for a tune-up!
