Private client & Small Group classes

Private sessions are tailored to meet the needs and goals of each individual! Not sure where to start? Take a look at the private class focus areas below and contact me to set-up your sessions! Prior to our first session, students complete an intake form that details what they are hoping to get out of private sessions so that we can jump right in. Private sessions are held via zoom and clients receive a recording of each session. Clients can pick the class focus area and duration to best fit their schedule and interests. Private clients that take two classes per month receive 50% off of my public classes.

Private client focus areas can include:

  • Private sessions for beginners: New to yoga? Start here. In these classes you will learn poses and some common transitions. There will be a significant focus on alignment with lots of options for modifications.

  • Strength-based work to compliment and support your yoga practice: We’ll use props (bands, weights, gliders etc…) to focus on strength based work that compliments your yoga practice.

  • Functional mobility and movement: Focus on mobility work to enhance movements that you do throughout your day off of the mat. Examples include, lifting things overhead, sitting on the floor and standing up etc.

  • Meditation and breath work: Create space in your day and ease into these calming classes. Recommended length is 30 min.

  • Core control and strength: Focus on fun and dynamic ways to increase core strength. Recommended length is 30 min.

  • Focus on a specific pose or set of poses: Is there a pose or a series of poses that you would like to do, but find challenging? These sessions will focus on deconstructing and reconstructing the pose so you have a good understanding of what is required of the body to work towards a specific pose.

  • Mobility and yoga for athletes: Cross-train and compliment a sport that you do with stretches / exercises tailored to your other athletic activities.

  • Topic of your choice: You tell me exactly what you would like to focus on and I’ll plan accordingly!

Pricing:

  • 30 minute 1:1 session: $40 virtual only

  • 60 minute 1:1 session: $75 virtual | $100 in-person

  • 60 minute small group (2-5people) session: $100 virtual | $125 in-person

  • 60 minute session 6-10 people: $135 virtual | $150 in person

  • 60 minute session 11+ people: $175 virtual | $200 in person
