Chair Yoga, F3 Wellness (Corporate Class, closed to the public),12-1pm
All levels flow, The World Bank (Corporate Class, closed to the public), 6-7pm
Wednesday
Private yoga class, 7:00-8:00am
45minute Express Flow + 15minute guided meditation, Public Class Hosted by Natalie, 10-11am
Apartment Yoga Class (closed to the public) 6-7pm
Thursday
All levels flow, Yoga Heights 6:30-7:30am
Gentle Flow, Candlelight flow, Public Class Hosted by Natalie, 5-6pm
Friday
Align and flow, UP Yoga & Wellness, 12-1pm
