Below is my online weekly class schedule—send me an email to learn how to register for classes. Please get in touch(natalie@injoyyogadc.com)to schedule an online private session, corporate class, or workshop. Private sessions and class packages are tailored specifically to meet your needs and goals.

Monday

  • Morning stretch, Foundation Fitness, 7:30-8am

  • Align and flow, Foundation Fitness, 12-12:55pm

  • All levels flow, Public Class Hosted by Natalie, 5:30-6:30pm

Tuesday

  • Chair Yoga, F3 Wellness (Corporate Class, closed to the public),12-1pm

  • All levels flow, The World Bank (Corporate Class, closed to the public), 6-7pm

Wednesday

  • Private yoga class, 7:00-8:00am

  • 45minute Express Flow + 15minute guided meditation, Public Class Hosted by Natalie, 10-11am

  • Apartment Yoga Class (closed to the public) 6-7pm

Thursday

  • All levels flow, Yoga Heights 6:30-7:30am

  • Gentle Flow, Candlelight flow, Public Class Hosted by Natalie, 5-6pm

Friday

  • Align and flow, UP Yoga & Wellness, 12-1pm
